According to WTTV4 CBS, there has been a mass shooting in the 3500 block of Adams Street in Indianapolis Indiana.
INDIANAPOLIS — Six people were murdered in a shooting on Nap’s near northeast side, and a juvenile survivor was taken to the hospital in critical condition but is expected to survive according to police.
The shooting occurred in the 3500 block of Adams Street before 4 a.m. on Sunday.
UPDATE: More information has been unfolded in the investigation of the mass homicide scene in Indianapolis Indiana.
The son of the father has been identified as a suspect and apprehended in Plainsfield Indiana by law enforcement for murder and attempted murder. No official charges have been announced yet but are expected to be made official later this week by Marion Indiana prossecuters.
It truly brings tears to my eyes as I sit here reporting on this terrible act of evil! The amounts of pain that have ravaged all of the victim’s families, neighbors, and friends unimaginable.
How can a person be so lost in their own thoughts that they would commit such an evil act of satin?
No amount of anger in the world should make you want to kill your parents and siblings, it is inexcusable!

Tragedy on Adams Street: What we know about the mass shooting that left 6 dead


INDIANAPOLIS — A 17-year-old boy allegedly upset with his father is accused of opening fire inside his home and killing six people early Sunday morning.
Information obtained by WRTV Investigates reveals that the teen involved in the shooting had allegedly gotten in trouble for leaving his home without permission. The details leading up to the shooting are still being investigated, but the incident is believed to have escalated to the violent attack that now under investigation by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Originally, police were called out to the nearby 3300 block of E. 36th Street around 3:45 a.m. where a juvenile was found suffering from a gunshot wound and taken in critical condition to Riley Children’s Hospital. Police said during the press conference that he is expected to survive.
Mayor Joe Hogsett and IMPD Chief Randall Taylor referred to the incident as a “mass murder” during a Sunday afternoon press conference.
Following a further investigation into the juvenile’s shooting, police were dispatched to the Adams Street location where they discovered multiple people shot inside a home.

Police confirmed Sunday afternoon that six people were killed, including a pregnant woman and her unborn child.
