Delta Workers at Unifi Aviation are saying, The plane, An Airbus A319, Arrived in San Antonio Friday night from LAX and was Taxiing towards its gate when an employee was sucked into the engine. The name of the worker has not been released.
Although it is unclear what exactly happened at the scene, The initial investigation shows the incident was unrelated to safety procedures. A government agency has launched an investigation. The airline also told news sources that they are actively working with authorities as they finish their investigation.
